She was prompt arriving at the house, was very thorough with our walk around and we had fun. She gave us an estimate that night that was very reasonable and made an appt. for the next day. The cleaning person was also prompt for the cleaning appt. The cleaning was very thorough, every area was very cleaned. The floor was shining and everything looked and smelled just wonderful.
